  1. Acceptance of the conditions
    By accessing our experiences or services (including, among others, Startup Safari, Cruise Destination, Destination Thailand 2026, Destination Punta Cana 2026, Destination Riviera Maya 2026, Destination Morocco, Destination Ski Week, Destination Malta, PrebaChiller Trips, Eurotrips, Reloaded Week, Trainvibes, Yacht Week and other experiences), the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms of Use.
  2. Minimum age
    The minimum age to participate in THE ART OF WASTING TIME by Destineti experiences is 18 years.

    The participation of minors will only be possible with the express written authorization of their parents or legal guardians, who will assume all the responsibility derived from their participation.
  3. Use of the Services
    Our services are designed for people who want enjoy events, receive advice, explore destinations and, above all, do nothing... in an epic way.

    - Respect Destineti staff, other participants and collaborators at all times.
    - Comply with the specific rules of each experience, destination or event.

    Failure to comply with these obligations may result in immediate expulsion from the activity, without the right to a refund.
  4. Reservations and payments
    - All reservations will be made through the official Destineti channels.

    - Payment must be made according to the conditions in force at the time of booking.

    - Prices may vary depending on the destination, season or experience contracted.

    The confirmation of payment constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
  5. cancellation and refund policy
    - Cancellations must be processed exclusively through the Destineti booking portal or by email to adm@destineti.com.
    Any other way (WhatsApp, telephone, message or verbal) It will not be valid.

    - Cancellations by the user They do not guarantee a return, and Destineti reserves the right to withhold up to 100% of the amount paid.
    - Optionally, the user can purchase a “Destineti Super Guarantee”, which will allow you to cancel without having to justify the cause.
    This guarantee comes at an additional cost, not refundable and is in addition to the cancellation costs established in each experience.

    - If a cancellation request is not answered within a maximum period of two calendar days, Destineti may proceed to definitive and automatic cancellation of the square.

    - Any change, return or modification will be managed solely at Destineti's discretion and always in favor of the company.
  6. Responsibility
    The user participates under his own risk and responsibility.Destinations He is not responsible of loss, personal or material damage, accidents, third-party cancellations, delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

    It is recommended to have a travel insurance that covers possible incidents, especially in international or risky experiences.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All the content present on the website, the app or the communications of THE ART OF WASTING TIME by Destineti (texts, images, videos, designs, logos, branding, etc.) is the exclusive property of Destineti.

    Reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.

    The treatment is carried out for the purpose of managing reservations, communications and personalized experiences.
